Suspension Rev was born in 2017 by Gary Miller, a Michigan based fitness enthusiast, out of our frustration from the lack of high quality resources regarding suspension and TRX training.
It was obvious for us that this type of training was going to revolutionize the fitness landscape, yet little to no attention was give to providing information online on the best workouts, routines, and gear to purchase.
Our team decided to change that.
Our team is comprised by fitness enthusiasts and professionals. Including our editor-in-chief, Greg Preble, who is an ACSM-CPT® certified personal trainer focused on bodyweight and suspension training.
